Hi,

I wonder if taking this vitamin alone is sufficient or should I consume both Insolar and Nails Hair and Skin vitamin? Does Insolar contains the same nutrients as the Nails Hair and Skin vitamin?

Can I consume these 3 supplements at the same time Insolar, Nails Hair and Skin, and Bio C vitamins if I wanted to?

Can I consume this vitamin during menstrual?
