Dosage

As an omega-3 supplement and for heart health:
Adults – Take 1 capsule a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed

To help maintain healthy blood fats:
Adults - Take 2 capsules a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed

For mild joint inflammation and symptoms of mild arthritis:
Adults - Take 3 capsules a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed

Children – Only as professionally prescribed

Dosage

For general health and wellbeing:
Adults – Take 3 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food

For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:
Adults – Take 7 capsules per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food

For healthy growth and development:
Children 3+ - Pierce and squeeze 2 capsules once a day into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately, or as professionally prescribed
