How many years old children can take this?

Hi, I've been trying to get hold of these for a while and there's not stock everywhere so why is Chemist Warehouse having a 50% of all Blackmores. I've been to over 10 Chemist Warehouse across town and finally one was kind enough to check stock and it came up as out of stock across all their stores. Really annoyed.

Hi, I just want to ask if my son can take this with milk for his cereal in the morning?

Theses bottles are sold in boxes, which means you can't see how big the capsules are. I probably wouldn't have bought them if I had seen the size as the first one my son had, got stuck in his throat. Just a suggestion, but as these are for teens is it possible to make them smaller, as the people they are targeted towards are probably not used to swallowing capsules that size, and most likely hesitant to begin with.
