(vitamin B1)

Thiamine (vitamin B1) is a water-soluble nutrient required for converting carbohydrates into energy. Food sources include whole grains, beans, nuts, sunflower seeds, pork and beef.

Riboflavin
(vitamin b2)

Riboflavin (vitamijn B2) is a water-soluble vitamin involved in ATP production and the metabolism of many of the other B group vitamins. Food sources include almonds, mushrooms and wild rice. Vitamin B2 supplements may change urine colour to bright yellow.This is harmless and temporary.

If the recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 ug retinol equivalents for women, why does the amount in this product exceed that? Couldn’t that be detrimental in combination with dietary sources? Or am I reading this wrong?

I have been taking Blackmores Multi SR since 1975 when it first became available in our town, it ensures that I am getting the minimum RDI of nutrients each day, especially on days my food intake is erratic due to work or lifestyle challenges. My Medical Professionals are aware I take this and have no objection. Thanks Blackmores.
