Dosage

Adults – Take one tablet, three times per day with meals or as professionally prescribed

Children under 12 years – only as professionally prescribed

I have a question about dosing. The blackdog institute recommends 900mg daily for non-melacholic depression. Specific mg dosing can vary between formulations. Do you agree with this dose. Should i be spliting tablets and taking one tab of blackmores per day?
