Hi where the directions say "take 1 tablet daily with meals". Does that mean take one tablet 3 times a day (with meals)?

Hi there,

I really struggle to swallow tablets. I have tried cutting these in two and I am still struggling. Do you know if it is possible to crush them and place in a smoothie or is this not advisable.
