Can magmin tablets be split? My cardiologist said to take 600 mg, slightly larger than the tablet. It doesn't say whether it's slow release. Also, looking at your recommended doses, they seem rather high, if 320 and 420 mg is the requirement for women and men respectively.

Hi
The website lists only active ingredients for Magmin, listing all ingredients would be more useful for 3 reasons.
1.I thought calcium needed to be taken with magnesium and was looking for all ingredients in the product.
2. I am also looking to compare Magmin with an alternative product
3. People with intolerances, such as coeliacs, may appreciate knowingall ingredients.
Thanks
Hi,
I am 32 weeks pregnant and I am currently taking 2 tablets daily of Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding Gold.
As there is some magnesium present in this multivitamin already, I am wondering if MagMin is safe and beneficial to take while pregnant to assist me with anxiety and restless legs. I do NOT have a known deficiency of magnesium.

*Also, I am currently consuming 2000IU of vitamin D and 650 mg of Iron daily as prescribed by my doctor.
Are they suitable during pregnancy and if so what is the recommended dosage. I'm 28wks pregnant and suffering from restless legs and cramps and I'm desperately looking for a solution.
Hi my GP has suggested that I take a supplement of Magnesium, between 400-800, so how many of magmin would I need to take daily?
Hi, I am deficient in magnesium but high in potassium, A lot of the magnesium supplements have potassium in them. Does Magmin contain any potassium please.
Is it used for cramps and muscles aches
there are many different salts of Magnesium. Which one is best in terms of absorption? For example how does Magmin compare with BM Biomagnesium?
