Hi, my partner and I are wanting to start trying for a baby in 3 months time. I was just wondering if it was best to start taking ifolic now or wait until 1 month before trying to conceive. Thank you
hi i started taking Blackmores Folic acid now that i am 2 months pregnant and i take 2 tab a day. breakfast and dinner. i just wanna ask if its ok to take 2 tab per day.
Started taking these a couple of weeks ago in preparation as we are TTC. Just wondering if these could be causing some possible nausea?
