It's main action is as an antioxidant which is responsible for many of it's functions in the body. Vitamin E is found in cold-pressed vegetable oils, nuts and seeds.

why have you used Ubidecarenone & Ubiquinol-10 both ? As two of them have the same role ? Its there any benefit of adding both or any specific role of each ?
