I am currently experiencing severe Ance, and this product was recommended to me. I was just wondering if you are able to eat at any time before or after taking the pills. If so, at what time should I be taking the pills in general. I was told right before bed, making it easier for the pills to process. Is this true?

Hello there! Can I take together with Bio zinC, fish oil and collagen?????

I am suffering from Acne, so I decided to go for Bio zinc. I was reading the label and I found that it has Vitamin A as well. It is mentioned that the recommended average Vitamin intake is 700mg for women, however, Biozinc has 750mg(why more?). I am a vegetarian and eat spinach or drink spinach juice on a daily basis that also contains vitamin A. I am concerned about birth defects issue during. pregnancy Should I stop consuming spinach while taking Bio zinc? I am not thinking to be pregnant soon but definitely will be in future. Will it effect on my pregnancy in future?

i wonder when should i take the bio zinc pills, after lunch or dinner; and the perfect time to take it after lunch/dinner? (after 15 or 30 mins, things like that), many thanks!

Ive been taking bio zinc for a year now and it worked great with improving my skin, i recently ran out of it so i went to get more, but now when i take the tablets my stomach tends to hurt. It never hurt before so i dont know why its doing it, is there something i should be doing in order to prevent an upset stomach?

Hi. Is there any differences between bio zinc & bio zinc plus? I bought bio zinc plus for my acne problem. Is it the right supplement since the packaging of bio zinc plus stated for health supplement, not skin health.

How long is safe for older teens to continuously take Bio Zinc to improve acne? Should it be stopped periodically and if so, how often is recommended? This product is making a huge improvement to their acne prone skin. Would it be safe for a 15 year old also?
