Hi, Is it safe during pregnancy?

The picture shows 150 low acid tablets 1000mg. The actual purchase is not what the picture shows. The purchase is for 62 tablets at $21.99. I would have liked to buy the larger size. I really think this is false advertising. With my last order, I found the same problem. I believed that I had ordered the larger size however I only received the smaller size. I think this problem needs to be addressed. (I have been buying your products for over 40 years). Regards Jenny
