The beginner's guide to wellbeing is all about taking a few simple steps that help to promote lifelong healthy habits.

It’s easy to do - even if you’re just starting out on your health and wellness journey.

You’ll begin by keeping a food diary and identifying opportunities to improve your current diet.

Then, you’ll encourage more movement in your day-to-day routine with some gentle walking, stretching or incidental exercise.

Finally, you’ll be given some tools to fight procrastination as a barrier to meeting your ideal healthy living goals.

Identify which healthy foods you’re eating already, and determine where there could be opportunities for improvement. Make a note of your portion sizes, too.

Do 10-20 minutes of exercise every day

Start slowly, but try and move more every day.

Mix up your exercise options throughout the week and include walking, incidental exercise and stretching.

Write 3 things down that you intent to do and stick these things on your fridge so you see them several times throughout the day.

Examples of what you could write down include: positive affirmations (use Pinterest or Instagram for inspiration), stressful situations, and daily to-do lists.
