Dividend & Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Blackmores traditionally pays a dividend in March and September. Your dividends can be paid directly into your bank account. You can update your banking details directly with Blackmores share registry manager, Computershare.
As at 28 August 2018, the Directors have reinstated the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP).
When the DRP is active shareholders can elect to reinvest all or part of their dividends in fully paid ordinary shares in Blackmores. The DRP offers shareholders a simple way to increase their shareholdings in Blackmores.
Shares will be issued under the DRP at a price based on the market price. The price may be reduced by a discount which the Blackmores Board may determine from time to time and which will be announced to the market.
The discount for the 2019 Final Dividend is 2.5%.
In addition, shareholders will not be charged for brokerage, commission, stamp duty or any other costs for shares issued under the Plan.
